April Vokey from Fly Gal Ventures is hosting a “Best of Argentina”, trout and Dorado fishing adventure in Feb 2010. On the first half of the trip we’ll be in Patagonia fishing the Collon Cura, Malleo and Chimehuín Rivers. These rivers are know to have the best dry fly water in Patagonia and offer beautiful vistas of the Patagonia steppe and Lanín Volcano. We will be staying at a Patagonia ranch just outside of Junín de los Andes.
On the second half of the trip we will fly to Corrientes via Buenos Aires, and then be driven to Estancia La Pelada on the Corrientes River. For 5 days we will be fishing the Corrientes River and Paraná River delta for Dorado and other species. The delta is teeming with wildlife such as exotic birds, water buffalo and capybara. On the last day we’ll fly back to Buenos Aires and transfer to the international airport for departure home.

Corrientes only- $3,240
Included: All lodging, meals, alcoholic and non alcoholic, beverages, guided fishing, fishing licenses, ground transportation in Patagonia and Corrientes.
Not included: Air travel and related costs, recommended travel insurance, rental gear such as rods, waders, specialty flies, rental guns or shotgun shells, gratuities, on-site itinerary modifications, refunds for missed activities due to delayed flights. All ground transportation, hotels, city tours and guided shopping in Buenos Aires are also not included yet we will put you in touch with our representatives who can provide these services. (On request, we can arrange fortrip cancellation insurance).

Ray Miller of Riversage Outfitters will be hosting two prime weeks.
The February trip will be a Caleufu Expedition and Bariloche lodge combo. The second week will be and Expedition X and Ranch Combo. If you are particular to maybe fewer but bigger fish, join the second week.
Included: All lodging, meals, spirits, beer and wine, necessary camping equipment, guided fishing, ground transportation in Patagonia and fishing licenses.
