Fly Fishing Patagonia (FFP) began in the late 90’s from the shared vision and enthusiasm of American, Justi Campa and Argentine, Oscar Dono. Within 30 minutes of their meeting, Justi and Oscar decided to form a outfitting company in Argentina. Years later, their partnership and friendship still grows strong while their operation stands as one of the most well respected in Argentina.

Fly Fishing Patagonia is a licensed and insured Argentina fly fishing outfitter operating mostly in the regions of northern Patagonia and Corrientes. We offer personalized sporting travel with a broader and richer experience then traditional outfitting operations. This is achieved by using only highly qualified Argentine personnel, choosing optimal sporting opportunities, and carefully selecting diverse lodging options.

Our trout fishing trips in Patagonia offer multiple fishing locations and private waters. Lodging options range from camping in tents to 5-star lodging. Fly Fishing Patagonia guides are all professional Argentines, licensed and insured for the region in which they work. We have trained them and maintained their loyalty. Our freshwater Dorado fishing trips in Corrientes operate out of the small town of Esquina. Here our fishing grounds are diverse and immense. Our lodging options are few, yet unique and exclusive.

Fly Fishing Patagonia has expanded further into Argentine territory and culture by offering fully customized tours of the Mendoza wine country plus mixed-bag wing shooting and cast and blast trips in Esquina, Corrientes.

	Oscar Dono

A little history:

In 1997, Justi was first introduced to Argentina via the Andes Mountain just outside Mendoza. After months in the wine territory, he ventured to Patagonia where he worked as a fishing guide in Cholila, Esquel and the Alerces National Park. After his second season, Justi and Oscar met and joined forces. He has multiple seasons guiding in many areas in the US as well as in Argentina. Today Justi resides in Charlottesville, VA and travels to Argentina on average 3 months a year.

During his childhood in Buenos Aires, Oscar’s father would frequently take him fishing for Dorado in Corrientes and trout in Patagonia. In the mid 90’s Oscar began working as a fishing guide in Bariloche. Since then he has traveled and fished extensively. Oscar still lives in Bariloche and travels once a year to the US to met with new and previous FFP guests.
